We've made some improvements to the email notifications for 360° surveys to provide more clarity to admins, coaches and employees throughout the process.
- To make coaching instructions easier, there's a new email for when all feedback is submitted and a separate one for when the feedback due date has passed. Each email more accurately addresses what the next steps are for the coach.
- The same update also applies for the notifications sent to the Employee in a coachless 360° survey.
- To make instructions more clear for reviewers, a new email was created to notify a reviewer that their response was reset by an administrator.
- Finally, the titles and descriptions of communications were updated to better articulate when they are sent and what they communicate.
Remember, you can customize email notifications at any time from Survey Configuration > Communications.
