11/27/17: Comments Report 2.0

Almost all customers should now have access to the updated Comments report for their snapshot surveys*.

Click on the Comments link in the left-hand navigation to load the comments report:


We've added some of extra information to help you figure out where the conversation hotspots are in your survey – you can now see the number of comments alongside the overall percentage of survey participants who left a comment for each question.

Click on any question to see all comments for that question, as shown below:


There will a lot more activity around comments over the next few months. If you have feedback or ideas, you can email, or chat to the product manager via the messaging popup you'll see on the page when you visit it.

* The new-style Comments report is not yet available for Onboarding/Exit surveys, or Individual Effectiveness comments. It also will not be enabled for surveys using the Comment Tags feature.
