Almost all customers should now have access to the updated Comments report for their snapshot surveys*.
Click on the Comments link in the left-hand navigation to load the comments report:
We've added some of extra information to help you figure out where the conversation hotspots are in your survey – you can now see the number of comments alongside the overall percentage of survey participants who left a comment for each question.
Click on any question to see all comments for that question, as shown below:

* The new-style Comments report is not yet available for Onboarding/Exit surveys, or Individual Effectiveness comments. It also will not be enabled for surveys using the Comment Tags feature.
