People across the world take our surveys, and sometimes need their survey questions and emails to be displayed in their local language. Offering translations can improve participation, data quality and a culture of inclusiveness. We offer translations for our standard engagement questions (all languages) and Manager 180 questions (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Turkish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese), and our standard survey communications. If you want to ask your own questions, you will need to translate these.
The process for translations is covered in language support. It can take about 1 week to go through the setup and testing process, depending on the availability of your translators, and how the testing of the survey goes. We recommend the surveys are tested by your people who can read English and the translated text, to ensure the surveys are identical.
We don't currently translate the reports, they are US English only.
