Results Presentation (Where are we now?)

If we have previous survey results that relate to the current survey this section should begin by showing where we stand on any key measures now relative to the previous survey. For example we might show whether our overall Engagement scores have gone up or down, and whether we showed any improvement on the measures we focused on last time.

We can then turn to the participation rates for this survey. Highlight your overall participation rate and how it compares to other surveys and any benchmark figures relevant to your company type (e.g. our New Tech benchmark response rate is ~84%). You can also show your response rates for the primary departments or locations in your organization. Don't overdo this because response rates should not be too much of a distraction. It's mostly important to note any large areas with lower rates (e.g. <60%).
