Language Codes for Preferred Language

The Language is a two letter code (with an optional classifier) representing the preferred language of a person.

If your account is configured to issue emails and surveys to employees in languages other than English, you can include a person's Language in their employee data in the Language column, ready to be uploaded. Then, when that person is sent their survey invite email, it will be displayed in their preferred language. When they click the link to take the survey, it will also be displayed in their preferred language. they can opt to change the language at any time when taking the survey.

If everyone is able to read English, you can leave the Language field blank during the Import Users process.
