This Academy page covers the steps for sending the Individual Effectiveness Survey to participants. Once you click on Launch Now from your survey's Launch Plans page you will see a window asking you to verify settings, like this:
Click on the 'Yes, let's go!’ button and you’ll be taken to a page where you can customize your survey schedule.
When you’re ready to start a process, head to the survey page by clicking on the survey icon (clipboard logo in the menu bar). Navigate to the 360 survey you wish to launch the process from and click on ‘Create 360’ to start the process.
A window will appear asking you to select the employee to be reviewed and other relevant details.
