Over the last few weeks, we've been hard at work creating a new look and feel for the interface to manage 360° feedback processes in Culture Amp. We haven't made any significant changes to the workflow, but we've made it easier for you and your employees to manage and track their 360° feedback processes.
The first thing you'll notice is that we've revamped the status the indicator to show exactly what state a process is in. Using this indicator, you can watch as 360° processes move through each step on their way to completion.
You'll also notice that we've simplified the action controls for 360° processes. We now show a primary action for a given user based on the current process state. For example, when a coach is reviewing a process, the primary action they will see is to "Share feedback" with the employee. You'll see a secondary action just to the left of and this, and all tertiary actions are collapsed into the ••• menu.
These styling updates have been rolled out across the All Activity page, as well as the Employee Dashboard and Completed Feedback pages.
