Because Culture Amp has the largest modern technology benchmarks in the world we are able to provide a range of different subsets of the New Tech Benchmark based on size and other criteria such as performance and/or growth metrics. The growing list for 2017 is outlined below.
New Tech 2018 | Sub 200: This is a benchmark narrowed down to just New Tech companies with 200 or fewer people. This is particularly useful is you're still definitely under 200 people.
New Tech 2018 | 200-500: This benchmark captures data from the mid tier sized New Tech companies that have surpassed the 200 people milestone but not yet cracked the 500+ size.
New Tech 2018 | 500+: This benchmark is for New Tech companies that have crossed the critical 500 person threshold representing a point at which most companies begin to have more complex structures. Most companies in the benchmark are still well short of 5000 people though.
New Tech 2018 | Top 25%: This benchmark is a great high performance aspirational benchmark that represents the point at which scores are in the top 25% of all companies on any given question. This benchmark represents a threshold in the overall benchmark so does not involve a different subset of companies.
New Tech 2018 | Top 10%: This benchmark is an even more aspirational benchmark that represents the point at which scores are in the top 10% of all companies on any given question. This benchmark represents a threshold in the overall benchmark so does not involve a different subset of companies.
