Note: The Action Dashboard is available for Engagement, Manager Effectiveness, and Team Effectiveness surveys only; it is not available for Individual Effectiveness or Onboard/Exit surveys.

The Action Dashboard is a set of reports that empower Administrators with visibility into how managers are engaging with and taking action to address employee feedback. The Action Dashboard makes it easy for organizations to act on employee feedback, manage and review the action-taking process, and decide which areas to invest in across the board. With just one click, companies get a clear organizational focus that empowers managers to act on employee feedback and help employees succeed.
