The Engaging Growth benchmark is made up of companies from a range of industries that are high on growth (they're hiring fast) but also high on Engagement and retention - something that can be hard for fast-growing companies. They're showing they can attract AND retain and they are often the main competition for your best people. We identify these companies using their previous 6 months of hiring data, Mattermark growth criteria and our own Engagement and retention data.
