Administrators and HRBPs can manage performance review cycles, track the progress of each review and identify which employees need friendly reminders to complete this critical step of a performance review.
Managing a review cycle
Exporting performance review results in a CSV
When you are ready to export your results for further analysis, you can select the cycle to view the review summary and select Download CSV
Exporting individual review results to PDF
As an Admin or HR Business Partner, you can also export any individual review to PDF at any time. Find the individual employee, select the three dots icon > Download PDF .
Sharing a review
Reviews are shareable once sharing is enabled under Manage sharing. Sharing can be enabled at any time.
When sharing is enabled, managers will receive an in-app notification that reviews can be shared. While we encourage you to empower managers and let them share reviews themselves, Admins and HRBPs can also share reviews on behalf of managers.
- When sharing is enabled, managers will receive an in-app notification that reviews can be shared.
- When sharing is enabled, managers are able to share reviews either individually or in bulk by clicking on the Share arrow in the left-most column of the reviews summary screen.
- Administrators and HRBPs are also able to share reviews on behalf of managers by navigating to the reviews summary screen within Admin settings > Performance reviews.
Ending a review
Ending a review will cause all of the review contents to become read-only. Managers will no longer be able to submit or update their review. Until a review has been manually closed by an Admin, managers are able to submit and update their review responses. If you have not enabled sharing yet, select whether or not you'd like to allow managers to share their review.
