Culture Amp Closure December 23, 2020 - January 3, 2021


 

2020 has been a long and challenging year for so many people, including us here at Culture Amp. We could all benefit from a mental and physical reset before heading into 2021. As a company, we’ve decided to recognize this by giving our employees an extra week to refresh over the holidays. This is our way of walking the walk of being Culture First. We are grateful to you as Culture Amp customers, and we hope you take time to refresh yourselves, as well.

Most importantly, we want to assure you that your access to the product will not be interrupted and we will be actively monitoring our systems through this period. Please read on for more details:

What does this mean for me as a customer?

Our Support and Customer Success teams will be recognizing the period of Wednesday, December 23rd through Sunday, January 3rd, as a company holiday. To best serve you, we suggest that you get in touch with your Coach or with Support (support@cultureamp.com) ahead of this holiday period if this impacts your survey or cycle launch plan. During this period, our chat function will be offline; however, please continue to use support@cultureamp.com for any urgent inquiries. Responses may be delayed, but we will have a reduced team online to review incoming inquiries and respond as soon as possible.

What dates are included in this shutdown?

Our Support and Customer Success teams will be available via our normal chat and email channels until Wednesday, December 23rd, at which point chat will be turned off in the platform until Monday, January 4.

What if I have an emergency?

We will have a code freeze during this time, which means we won’t be rolling out any updates or new features that may impact you. Our teams will be actively monitoring our systems during this time period. Still, we encourage you to get in touch with your Customer Success Coach or with Support ahead of December 23rd to get the resources you need and can also enjoy your own holiday break. Our strong recommendation is not to launch a survey or a cycle during this time period.

Why is Culture Amp closing down during this period?

As a company, we are excited about what 2021 has in store for us and what that means for you as a customer. To ensure we give you the best experience, we want to make sure we start the year off fresh. We believe the best way to do that is to give our teams time to refresh over this holiday period so we can come back and hit the ground running in the new year.
